BASE BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS
FLOOR: Built on Micro Pro pressure treated 4x4 beams with 2x4 joist on 16” centers attached with 6” Log home screws. Framing is then covered with 3/4” Tongue ’n Groove OSB decking nailed and glued down. This structural design gives your shed the strength it needs to hold most anything.
WALL FRAMING & SIDING: The walls are a stud frame system with 2x4’s on 16” centers. The wall studs are then covered with Duratemp T-111 hardboard faced plywood that is primed and ready for paint.
ROOF SYSTEM: Your roof system is constructed with 2x4 rafters on 16” centers with plywood gussets on both sides of the peak connection with 7/16” OSB decking. Fiberglass 3-tab Tamko 25 year shingles with 30 lb felt makes up the roof finish.
